Shipping

In general conditions, packages are shipped within 72 hours upon receipt of payment via our courier's delivery tracking number and unsigned delivery. If you prefer express mail, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us for requesting this option.

Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order as we cannot combine two separate orders and shipping will be applied to each individually. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after sending your package, but we do our best to protect all items with trusted carriers.

The boxes are large and your items are well protected.


Returns

Once you've received the order at home, you will have fourteen (14) calendar days to make a return. To do so, we invite you to complete the online return request from the Order History section of your customer accountand wait for THE PLAYA COMPANY authorization of return. Upon receiving return confirmation by e-mail you will be entitled to send the products to us within the relevant timeframe.

To exercise the right to return, products must meet the following requirements:

ensure that the products have not have been used, worn, modified or damaged;

the identification tags should be attached to the products with the disposable seal;

the products should be returned, complete and unused, with their original packaging;

the returned products must be shipped back to THE PLAYA COMPANY in a single shipment. THE PLAYA COMPANY reserves the right not to accept items belonging to the same order which have already been sent for exchange or refund at different times; and

the returned products should be shipped back to THE PLAYA COMPANY within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date you notify us of your decision to cancel.

The return shall be made to the address we indicate and you must attach the RMA slip. When we receive the return package will verify the products and, if everything is correct, we will send you a value voucher worth of the returned item, not including shipping. This value voucher may be used for purchases at the online store www.theplayacompany.com, with one (1) year of expiration.

Exchanges

Exchange are allowed in certain circumstances, if you request an exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the products by sending a message from the Customer Care section related to the order and product you wish to exchange. You may only request the replacement of one or more purchased products from a single order with products that are the same model but a different size.

You must specify order reference, product reference, first name, last name and the desired size. After receiving the stock availability confirmation by e-mail, you will send the exchange return and, after our validation, we will send you the requested size. If the product is not in stock, you will have to follow the return policy.
